- March 2006 Projects: Rich demolishes the third floor bathroom to use it for storage, installs insulation and removes floorboards in the eaves, while Brett restores his great grandmother's furniture.
- February 2006: Brett sands and plasters on the third floor.
- January 2006: Rich runs new electrical, cable and phone lines.
- September 2005: Rooms begin to take shape. Carpets and wallpaper removed.
